Job description

About Glow

Glow is on a mission to transform how enterprises proactively protect the modern endpoint with an agentic-first approach. Our platform gives security teams the visibility, context, and autonomous remediation they've never had before — across every endpoint, application, and AI tool in the environment. We move fast, we build things that matter, and we believe security should be a force multiplier for the business, not a bottleneck. Let's Glow.

About the Role …

This is a senior, high-impact role on Glow’s Marketing team, central to our pipeline strategy and go-to-market motion. As a Senior Field Marketing Manager, you'll be a key architect of how we show up in the field, owning a mix of strategy, execution of our event and field programs, while helping establish the foundational infrastructure and playbooks that will scale the team.

If you're a passionate field and experiential marketer looking for an opportunity to create extraordinary in-person experiences and build from the ground up, this is your chance to create innovative events that directly shape Glow's brand experience.

You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders in sales and leadership to design experiences that accelerate deals and deepen customer relationships. You'll bring a strategic lens to audience segmentation, investment decisions, and program measurement, while also rolling up your sleeves to execute.

What You’ll Do …

  • Strategy & Ownership

    • Partner closely with Sales leadership to align event investments to territory and account priorities

    • Develop scalable playbooks for event planning, activation, and follow-up

  • Operational Excellence

    • Build and manage event budgets with strong ROI discipline

    • Create standardized processes for planning, tracking, and post-event follow-up

    • Implement scalable systems for registration tracking, lead capture, routing, and SLA enforcement

    • Drive pre-event enablement and post-event follow-up rigor across Sales teams

  • Data & Performance Management

    • Define and track KPIs including:

      • Pipeline generated and influenced

      • Revenue attribution

      • Cost per opportunity

      • Event ROI

      • Meeting conversion rates

    • Deliver executive-level reporting and insights

    • Continuously optimize channel mix based on performance data

    • Leverage marketing automation and CRM systems to measure impact

What You’ll Bring …

  • 8+ years of B2B marketing experience, with 4+ years in field marketing or event marketing

  • Experience owning and executing large-scale tradeshows and high-volume field programs

  • Demonstrated success driving pipeline and revenue through event programs

  • Experience managing budgets and forecasting ROI

  • Proven people manager with experience leading and developing direct reports

  • Experience in high-growth B2B SaaS environments

  • Familiarity with Salesforce and marketing automation platforms

  • The Glow Mindset: You take ownership, act with accountability, collaborate openly, and focus on delivering meaningful impact. You thrive in fast-moving environments, embrace ambiguity, and enjoy solving hard problems together.

You might also bring …

  • Experience at a startup or hyper-growth company is preferred.

  • Background designing and optimizing account-based marketing (ABM) motions in partnership with demand generation teams.

  • Strong analytical and operational mindset — comfortable working in CRM and marketing automation systems

  • Ability to operate both strategically and tactically

  • Exceptional cross-functional collaboration skills

  • Highly organized with strong project management capabilities

  • Strong executive presence and comfort presenting performance metrics to leadership

  • Passion for process improvement and scalable systems
