This position will primarily work with our Revit team in Puyallup, Washington, with flexibility for a hybrid schedule based on team integration, project needs, and experience level.

Your Role on the Team

  • Collaborate with experienced CAD and Revit designers, engineers, and other technical professionals to support multidisciplinary project design and delivery.

  • Develop and maintain detailed 3D BIM models for water and wastewater treatment facilities, pump stations, buildings, and related infrastructure.

  • Support Revit modeling and documentation across mechanical, electrical, structural, and architectural disciplines based on experience and project needs.

  • Coordinate with engineering and design teams to support model integration, identify potential conflicts, and maintain consistency across disciplines.

  • Assist with the development of design drawings, plans, sections, details, and other technical documentation.

  • Apply established BIM standards, modeling practices, and quality control procedures to support accurate and coordinated project deliverables.

  • Continue developing technical skills and progressively take on more complex modeling and design responsibilities.

What You Bring to the Team

  • 3+ years of Revit experience, preferably supporting engineering, architectural, or infrastructure projects.

  • Experience with Revit modeling in one or more disciplines, including mechanical, electrical, structural, or architectural design.

  • Interest in and flexibility to support multidisciplinary Revit models and expand technical capabilities across disciplines.

  • Working knowledge of Revit/BIM practices, model coordination, and documentation standards.

  • Strong attention to detail, collaborative approach to problem-solving, and interest in continued technical development.

  • Experience with water/wastewater facilities, municipal infrastructure, or industrial facilities is a plus.
