Sploot believes that every pet deserves high-quality veterinary care whenever and wherever they need it. Whether it’s a routine visit or something that “just happened and can’t wait,” we’re there for pets and their parents.

We know great treatment starts with a happy, thriving team, so we created a supportive, healthy, balanced environment that helps veterinary professionals thrive in and out of the clinic. Sploot genuinely values a collaborative culture and work/life balance.

We are looking for a General Manager to oversee day-to-day operations in New Jersey, ensuring a seamless experience for pets, pet parents, and our exceptional team members.

What You’ll Do:

  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about creating exceptional experiences for clients and employees alike.
  • You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and can motivate and inspire your team.

What Catches Our Eye:

  • Previous experience in consulting or at a start-up with a desire to take on more responsibility and ownership
  • You have worked at a fast-paced startup or company, especially one that requires a boots-on-the-ground operational team.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset focused on continuous improvement.
