Job description
We’re looking for someone who can help bring our high temperature superconducting cable to the world. You will work at the intersection of technical sales, market development, and long term strategy. If you enjoy diving into the details of advanced technology, identifying where it fits, and building the relationships needed to get it deployed, you will thrive here.\ \ **What You’ll Be Doing** * Identifying and developing opportunities for our HTS cable across power distribution, data centers, maritime, defense, and emerging industrial sectors. * Building strategic partnerships with hyperscalers, OEMs, EPCs, shipyards, and government programs. * Leading the early sales cycle from technical introduction through requirements gathering, scoping, and pilot deployments. * Translating customer needs into clear engineering requirements and working closely with our technical team to shape product direction. * Representing Maritime Fusion at conferences, customer meetings, site visits, and government or industry roundtables. * Creating materials that help explain our technology including pitch decks, technical briefs, case studies, and early proposals. * Helping us map the HTS ecosystem including suppliers, integrators, standards bodies, and regulatory pathways. * Driving outbound engagement, prospecting new verticals, and refining our go to market plan as we scale. **What You Bring** * Comfort translating complex technical ideas into clear value propositions for customers and decision makers. * Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with executives, engineers, procurement teams, and government stakeholders. * A track record of identifying new markets or partnerships and moving them from idea to opportunity. * Familiarity with energy systems, electrification, industrial power, defense, maritime systems, or superconducting technologies is a plus but not required. * A proactive approach, willingness to dive into ambiguity, and genuine excitement for building real hardware with real customers. * Readiness to roll up your sleeves whether that means helping run a demo, preparing materials for investors, or coordinating with suppliers.
