We help retailers, brands, and manufacturers, including Flying Tiger Copenhagen, Matas, and Konges Sløjd, get their products to market faster across the EU, UK, US, and beyond. From the moment a product is born until it's market ready, Complir runs the compliance lifecycle: assessing what applies, generating what's required, and explaining what to do next. We're a Danish startup founded in late 2024, backed by leading investors and selected for Y Combinator (Spring 2026). We're a small team moving fast in a market being reshaped by regulations like the Digital Product Passport, GPSR, and REACH. ## Who we're looking for We hire ahead of job posts more often than behind them. If you're exceptional at what you do, whether that's engineering, AI/ML, product, compliance and regulatory affairs, sales, or something we haven't thought of yet, we want to hear from you. What matters to us: - You ship. You have concrete things you've built, sold, or improved that you can point to. - You thrive with ownership and ambiguity.
