Join our dynamic team as a Marketing Specialist at Cake and play a pivotal role in our Vietnam market expansion. Your main responsibilities will include creating high-quality marketing content, driving lead generation, and nurturing prospects through the marketing funnel. Additionally, you'll enhance our market presence through strategic collaborations and local activations.

You will have opportunities to sharpen your marketing strategy by contributing to Cake’s B2B2C SaaS solutions and recruitment services in Vietnam. This position offers significant career progression opportunities, allowing you to develop specialized skills in SEO, copywriting, content planning, product marketing, and diverse marketing domains.   • Content Marketing: Create and manage the translation of high-quality B2B marketing content, including but not limited to blog articles, eBooks, white papers, and infographics. Focus on generating leads and nurturing them through the marketing funnel, from traffic, MQL, to SQL. Collaborate with teammates to ensure consistency in brand positioning, tone & style, and messaging authority.
  • Automated Marketing Campaigns: Develop and implement automated marketing campaigns based on the B2B and B2C user journey. Utilize tools like Braze and HubSpot to maximize the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. Focus on key metrics such as new user engagement and retention rates. Work closely with the team to enhance the performance of each campaign.
  • Product Marketing: Conduct product-market fit analysis and adjust marketing attributes accordingly. Define target audience personas and create marketing copies for product features. Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for CakeResume’s B2B and B2C products, with a specific emphasis on the new product, such as Cake Meet. Focus on metrics such as new user acquisition and the adoption rate of new features.
  • Local Market Expansion and Collaboration: Support the expansion of Cake's marketing efforts in Vietnam. Collaborate with team members and partners on each activation, including but not limited to ToC content, campaign, partnerships, and event execution to increase brand presence and engagement in the local market.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 2+ years of proven marketing experience in Vietnam B2B or B2C industries, particularly in strategizing and executing campaigns from scratch to deliver results.
  • Skilled in various marketing strategies, with a focus on content generation, automated marketing, and product marketing.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, unafraid of testing new marketing methods, starting small, proactively reaching out, and resolving problems by leveraging internal and external resources.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse and international teams.
  • Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making and a track record of achieving KPIs.
  • Fluent in English and Vietnamese, with strong proficiency in both writing and speaking, to effectively engage with diverse audiences and stakeholders.

Bonus Qualifications

  • SEO expertise to enhance online visibility.
  • Ad campaign management skills across diverse platforms.
  • Social Media Marketing experience and graphic design skills. 
  • Strong market research capabilities for informed strategic decisions.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin is a significant advantage.
