As our Vice President of Client Services, you will be the cornerstone of ensuring that our clients not only receive what they invest in but experience it in an extraordinary and timely manner. Your role is pivotal in shaping the future of Crisp, a rapidly growing company at the forefront of its industry.

 

Key responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing all aspects of the client journey, ensuring a seamless, high-quality experience across multiple service departments
  • Directing and integrating the efforts of client department heads, fostering a cohesive approach to client service
  • Guaranteeing on-time delivery of services, upholding the Crisp standard of excellence.
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for high-level client issues, providing both immediate solutions and long-term prevention strategies
  • Managing a team of over 100 members and a client base of 500+, ensuring optimal performance and satisfaction
  • Implementing strategies for client churn, cancellations, and renewals, ensuring maximum retention and satisfaction
  • Streamlining processes and technologies in collaboration with other senior management to enhance operational efficiency
  • Cultivating a culture of growth and excellence among team members, including recruiting, onboarding, and performance reviews, in collaboration with the Head of People
  • Acting as a strategic planner and business developer, with an eye on long-term impacts on the business

Our requirements are pretty straightforward. To qualify you must:

  • Proven experience as a VP of Client Services, Director of Renewals, or similar role, preferably in a service-based, entrepreneurial organization managing 500+ active clients
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in managing complex client services and operations
  • At least 10 years of experience in leading and nurturing teams of 100+ in a high-growth environment
  • High emotional intelligence (EQ), with exceptional relationship-building and communication skills
  • Strategic vision for long-term business impact, with proven experience in process improvement and business development
  • Strong proactive, assertive, and competitive tendencies, coupled with excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills
  • Expertise in objection handling, serving as the escalation point for both client and team member concerns
  • Proficient in data analysis and understanding of performance/operation metrics
  • Exceptional organizational and leadership abilities, with a focus on solution-oriented progress
