TripActions is looking for a Vice President, Marketing to lead North America marketing strategy with Sales as your primary stakeholder. We are seeking an experienced, results-driven leader to drive performance marketing programs across our products. You will help define and execute top-of-funnel growth in the North America market through pipeline generation, customer adoption/engagement. You’ll partner with the global sales and marketing segments to ensure your team creates and curates engaging programs that accelerate the sales cycle and improve conversion. We are looking for someone who has extensive experience building hyper-targeted marketing campaigns and driving alignment across all regions.

This role will report into the CRO and based out of our Palo Alto or San Francisco offices. We are a hybrid model with in-office expectation of three days a week.
What You’ll Do:
- Create and own the North America marketing strategy to drive net new and expansion opportunities across all segments (Enterprise, Mid-market and SMB)
- Lead a team of marketers to execute impactful target account marketing programs that drive results. Primary focus on lifecycle marketing, events, content, and demand generation segments
- Define and own KPIs for targets and tracking performance/ROI metrics on a daily or weekly basis and iterate quickly against a budget
- Partner across functions within marketing as well as other departments (Sales, Customer Success, Commercial & Supplier, Product & Engineering) to improve our marketing reach, efficiency, and drive outstanding customer experiences
- Lead the strategy for executing highly customized, integrated campaigns in partnership with global marketing and sales teams to reach target audiences and accelerate deal velocity
- Communicate insights into drivers of performance and opportunities to the Executive and Management teams on a regular basis
- Own budgeting, forecasting and marketing investment initiatives
- Hire, develop and lead an inclusive, engaged, and high performing team
What We’re Looking For:
- 12+ years of marketing experience in an enterprise software or B2B saas company
- 8+ years managing cross-functional marketing teams within a fast-paced/startup environment
- World class marketing vision, strategy, planning and execution experience + deep understanding of demand generation, events, lifecycle, and account based marketing strategies
- Fluency in reporting, analytics and tracking tools, including Salesforce, Terminus, Excel, Tableau, Google Analytics
- Demonstrated success in leading and influencing high performing teams through thoughtful coaching, feedback and change management
- Ability to ruthlessly prioritize and make difficult decisions through metrics-driven approach and executive support
- Entrepreneurial drive and ability to achieve stretch goals
- Ability to thrive within an organization that moves quickly and operate under a degree of ambiguity
- Curious and continual learner. Someone who embodies a growth mindset and constantly challenging themselves and the team to evolve
The posted pay range represents the low and high end of the compensation for this position and is subject to change based on business need. To determine a successful candidate’s starting pay, we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location, an evaluation of the candidate’s skills and experience, market demands, and internal parity.
For roles with on-target-earnings (OTE), the pay range includes both base salary and target incentive compensation. Target incentive compensation for some roles may include a ramping draw period.
