We’re hiring a VP of Operational Strategy. This is an opportunity to work hands-on solving real business challenges while making a big impact on a fast-growing organization, the food supply chain, and how people eat.

You will...

  • Partner directly with our Senior Management Team including the Head of Fulfillment to develop, organize, and implement operational strategy 
  • Manage workflows across functions to drive progress towards operational and business goals
  • Lead the labor planning and forecasting function for all lines of business
  • Spearhead continuous improvement projects through high level strategy
  • Own collection and management of critical inputs for setting of core KPIs
  • Facilitate operational organizational management and development
  • Support exploration of new business opportunities
  • Embrace and guide others through change and continuous improvement, aligning the team to both short- and long-term priorities. This includes allocating resources and mobilizing people to achieve targets with consistently monitoring progress and measuring success
  • Shepherd the budgeting process through cross-functional engagement
  • Travel 75% of the time to multiple locations within the network
  • Orchestrate quarterly management reviews
  • Identify valuable production and leadership methodologies, present areas of opportunity to the leadership team, and drive the establishment of new initiatives and best practices
  • Help lead the way in achieving operational excellence across the organization.

At a minimum, you have...

  • Bachelor's degree required (Engineering and Business degrees preferred)
  • 10+ years of experience management consulting firm, with a leading manufacturing company, or in a hands-on analytical environment
  • Exceptional project and people management skills
  • Superior analytical skills and operational modeling capabilities
  • Demonstrated ability and hunger to deliver impact
  • Ability to thrive in an unstructured, fast-moving and constantly evolving high growth environment
  • Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time
