The Role
We're seeking a Technical Presales Consultant. You will liaise between sales and technical teams, offering expertise in customising technical solutions to meet customer needs. They are pivotal in presenting product demonstrations, addressing technical queries, and aligning solutions with client requirements to drive sales success.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Requirement Analysis - Conduct in-depth analysis of customer requirements, understanding their technical needs, constraints, and business objectives to propose appropriate solutions.
Solution Design - Collaborate with the technical team to design and customise solutions that align with customer needs, ensuring feasibility, scalability, and compatibility with existing systems.
Product Demonstrations - Conduct engaging product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the proposed solutions' features, capabilities, and benefits and address technical questions and concerns.
Technical Support - Provide pre-sales technical support to sales representatives and clients, offering insights, troubleshooting assistance, security questionnaires and guidance throughout the sales process.
Documentation and Proposal Creation - Prepare comprehensive documentation, including technical proposals, solution architectures, statements of work, and technical sales collateral, outlining the proposed solutions clearly and compellingly for client review and approval.
KPI and Measurements Include:
Impact on Win Rate: Increase in the percentage of deals closed successfully when the technical solutions consultant is involved in the sales process
Number of influenced Deals: Ensure the technical solution consultant proactively participates in the presales process.
Presales Collateral Created: Develop and update critical pre-sales materials, ensuring they are accurate and relevant and effectively support the sales process.
Achieving Scale: Build processes, partnerships and materials to help the pre-sales function scale reach more customers.
Adoption: Percentage of new clients who successfully integrate and actively use the Leonardo AI within a set timeframe after purchase.

Typical Interview Process

Round 1 - Meet Your Recruiter:
Our Talent team will reach out and arrange a 30-minute video call where you'll cover your experience, skills, and career motivations. You'll also get essential context about the role, the team, and how you can contribute towards our goals.
Round 2 - Craft Interview:
You'll meet some team members to discuss the technical task in more depth, work through some technical questions related to your expertise and cover past projects, experience and career aspirations.
Round 3 - Technical Task:
If you're applying for a technical role, you may be given a short take-home task to assess your skills and approach to problem-solving. This could be a real-life business scenario to unpack, a presentation, a test or a collaboration exercise. (Please note, depending on the role, the order of rounds 2 & 3 are interchangeable)
Round 4 - Values interview:
You'll be able to meet with the Department Head for a short, informal conversation to understand your potential impact, the growth area we can support, and how aligned you are with our values and culture.
