What you'll be doing
The Core Platform team at Alloy owns many of the core building blocks of Alloy’s platform. At Alloy, we are focused on creating experiences and integrations for our customers that enable them to make changes at the speed of fraud. Our Core Platform team creates the underlying services that drive Alloy’s scalability, security, and speed. Example initiatives that this role would lead include: optimization of Alloy’s API response times, increasing our rate limits, and deeping encryption practices.
As the Technical Product Manager for our Core Platform, you’ll:

Lead the Product strategy, prioritization, and requirements for the core building blocks of Alloy’s platform, which will be leveraged by all of the other Engineering squads.

Become an expert on Alloy’s platform and core capabilities to form opinions about how we evolve our scalability, security and speed.

Partner with all other Product and Engineering leaders to thoroughly understand how they leverage our Core Platform and identify feature opportunities.

Translate those insights into a strategy and long-term product roadmap for Core Platform.
Who we're looking for
Reporting to the Director of Product Management, Platform, Alloy is looking for a technical product manager with proven success in shipping core platform products.

2+ years of experience in Product Management, owning a highly technical roadmap and delivering features that focused on underlying platform capabilities.

2+ years of work experience in Engineering.

A track record of launching new product initiatives in close partnership with Engineering from requirements to fully deployed functionality.

Experience at a high growth startup is highly desired.

Experience building core platforms as an Engineer highly desired
