About the Role
Beamer + UserFlow is looking for a skilled Technical Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping the front-end experience of our products, ensuring they are both visually appealing and highly functional. We are seeking someone who is passionate about front-end development and eager to contribute to our innovative product strategies. This position offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on our all-in-one PLG toolkit.
What You'll Do
- Participate in the design and development of high-performance business applications, from requirements analysis to production.
- Lead a team of developers (Front-End / UI) as well as contributing to a hands-on front-end developer.
- Work closely with design, product management, and development teams to create elegant, usable, responsive and interactive interfaces.
- Constantly improve software quality (evaluate and incorporate new libraries, tools, and technologies; code reviews; refactoring; testing; etc.)
- Search for simple and robust solutions to complex tasks.
- Take ownership of all aspects of our product: architecture, quality, user experience.
- Show leadership through code review, mentoring, and assisting technical and non- technical coworkers.
What You Bring
- Experience: 6+ years of experience in front-end development, specifically with large-scale SaaS products.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with a strong understanding of front-end development principles.
- Development Tools: Experience with modern front-end frameworks and tools like React.Js
- Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including designers and back-end developers.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail, ensuring high-quality code and adherence to best practices in front-end development.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to address complex technical challenges and deliver solutions within tight timelines.
