Dein Verantwortungsbereich
- Fachliche Teamleitung im Bereich Lagerlogistik und Warenausgang
- Termingerechte Bereitstellung von Waren in die Produktion und Fertigwaren im Warenausgang
- Verantwortung für Lagerprozesse und korrekte Bereitstellung von Material an Läufer aus der Produktion
- Sicherstellung korrekter Warenbuchungen im ERP-System
- Durchführung von Inventuren
- Frühzeitige Eskalation im Falle von Nichteinhaltung von Cut-off Zeiten
- Schnittstelle zur Outbound-Logistik
- Einhaltung von standardisierten Prozessen, Ordnung und Sauberkeit im Lager und Warenausgang
- Verantwortung für die Einhaltung gesetzlicher arbeitsrechtlicher Regelungen bezüglich Hygiene, Gesundheit und Umweltschutz
- Zusammenarbeit mit Linienleitern in Produktion
- Berichterstattung an Schichtleiter
- Disziplinarische Berichterstattung an Logistikleiter
- Device Management (Ein- und Ausloggen; Probleme beheben)
Dein Profil
- Kaufmännische Berufsausbildung mit Schwerpunkt Logistik (Supply Chain Management, Warehouse Logistics), Logistikmeister*in, Fachkraft für Lagerlogistik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mindestens 2 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung in Logistik und Lagerwirtschaft
- Schnelle Auffassungsgabe, analytische Herangehensweise und Problemlösungskompetenz
- Prozessorientierung und Prozessverständnis
- Freude im Umgang mit Menschen
- Hohe Einsatzbereitschaft, Teamfähigkeit und ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
- Sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft Office-Anwendungen
- Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im 3-Schicht-Betrieb
- Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
