If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, have a passion for training and developing teams, and want to travel across the United States racking up frequent flier miles, you might be the perfect fit for our Trainer role.

You will be responsible for quickly building rapport with clients to deliver high quality training to their office staff. You will effectively deliver training content, anticipate the needs of the teams, handle objections with ease, answer questions and help make complex information simple. You will have strong time management skills to help keep clients and yourself on track and motivated during the training sessions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Provide outstanding client experience

  • Able to set goals and create a plan to achieve them

  • Work well independently and as part of a team

  • Able to effectively deal with ambiguity and frequent changes

  • Confidently engage with clients at all levels of the organization from CEOs to entry-level team members

  • Able to think on your feet, troubleshoot and address objections and be a creative problem solver

  • Demonstrate creativity and resourcefulness

  • Act with integrity

  • Complete all required pre- and post-training duties

  • Strong follow-up and follow-through skills; complete work in a timely manner

  • Superior verbal and written communication skills.

  • Able to motivate clients and their team members

  • Continuously evaluate training materials and curriculum and work closely with the team leader and other trainers to improve and create new offerings.

 

Our requirements are pretty straightforward. To qualify you must:

  • Be able and excited to travel domestically 90% of the time

  • Have excellent presentation skills

  • Have experience training groups of six or more people

  • Be able to effectively manage a group of people during a classroom training session

  • Strong computer skills 

Past Experience Desired (but not required):

  • Certified in PRINT® and/or KOLBE Assessments

  • Bilingual

  • Have a degree in teaching/education or equivalent experience
