Job Responsibilities:
  • You will own the strategy and develop a recruiting plan to expand talent pools to ensure healthy pipeline for both short- and long-term needs. You’ll partner with the sourcing recruiter to calibrate and identify strong talent and relay market intel back to your hiring partners to better refine and execute your recruiting strategy
  • You’ll work with the hiring managers to coach and advise based on your market knowledge of trends and the competitive landscape
  • You’ll own the closing strategy and partner with the hiring managers to successfully land the candidate. You’ll align resources to close candidates based on their backgrounds and priorities
  • You’ll own and juggle multiple requisitions and have a strong sense to provide world-class candidate experience
  • You’ll create and leverage recruiting metrics to influence hiring decisions and problem solve to build efficiency
Job Requirements:
  • 5+ years of Technical recruiting experience in B2B or Product Companies. 
  • Recent experience hiring for top notch technical talent
  • Comfortable working with Engineering leaders and Senior level candidates
  • A passion for embracing diversity in your hiring process’
