About the position:

As a Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will develop strong relationships with our business leaders and manage recruitment, alongside the TA team, in alignment with business goals. This role is for someone who will act as a talent acquisition advisor by developing a strong knowledge of the talent pool we seek to recruit from and coming up with strategic and competitive ways to attract top talent to AvePoint.


Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Developing a detailed understanding of AvePoint’s business units.
  • Supporting recruitment efforts to enhance the quality and alignment of talent acquisition processes.
  • Assisting in the execution of talent acquisition strategies, focusing on attracting high-quality talent to support business scale.
  • Enabling our hiring managers and interviewers to provide an engaging and quality candidate experience.
  • Managing the full lifecycle recruitment processes across various business units.
  • Contributing to talent branding initiatives and team advocacy to promote AvePoint's EVP and culture.
  • Partnering with the People Team and other stakeholders to align recruitment efforts with workforce planning goals.
  • Assisting in various talent-related projects, including diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) recruitment, employee referral programs, and talent branding.

 

What you will bring to our team: 

  • 5+ years' experience in handling niche recruiting and/or volume recruitment
  • Experience in handling global recruitment other than Philippines is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Psychology or any related field
  • Sales minded individual who thrives when it comes to being an expert in the industry you recruit for and networking in talent markets.
  • Natural relationship builder – empowers trust and partnership through accountability and expectation management.
  • Entrepreneurial drive – able to come up with new ideas on how to recruit the best talent for our teams and integrate yourself into the business.
  • Demonstrate outstanding communication and relationship building skills amongst leadership and colleagues alike.
  • Keen understanding of the current talent market and industry best practices
  • An organized and structured approach to key activities like market mapping, talent engagement and candidate pipeline building
  • Experience with recruitment platforms and status reporting.
  • Willing to work hybrid arrangement (3x work onsite, 2x work-from-home weekly)
  • Amenability to travel for work (local or abroad)
