The Databricks Product Marketing team is looking for an experienced product marketer to help us build awareness, create thought leadership, and foster the IT Executive Audience by understanding the behaviors, views, and attitudes of these technical buyers. You will report to the Sr. Director of Product Marketing and develop the go-to-market strategy for the Executive Audience and lead the messaging and positioning for the Databricks Lakehouse platform. This is an exciting opportunity for you to build CIO and CDO programs, create powerful stories, foster this executive community, and lead the GTM for this important audience.
The impact you will have:
- Develop messaging and content that articulate Databricks platform capabilities, and differentiate value
- Partner with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns for the C-Suite and other key Business Decision Makers
- Create the core messaging and content for digital programs, field marketing, sales engagements, and executive events
- Create targeted content to create awareness for this audience including infographics, ebooks, articles, blogs, videos, and other customer-facing materials
- Work with customers to build compelling content for high-profile speaking engagements, customer case studies, videos, and brand campaigns
- Research customer and market trends to help inform content development and enablement
- Work with solution SMEs to build sales tools, enablement, and training e.g. sales plays, sales presentations, battle cards, and prospecting templates
What we look for:
- 5+ years of experience in product marketing or solution marketing for enterprise software or SaaS companies
- Portfolio of impactful marketing content and sales enablement materials
- Experience with high-growth cloud, big data, data analytics, data warehouse, machine learning, or AI technologies
- Experience presenting at conferences/seminars and customer engagements
- Experience marketing to technical and executive personas
- BS in Marketing or Computer Science, Engineering, coupled with relevant professional experience
