Sr. Manager, Quality Assurance + Business Analysis

Location: Remote (WFH) - Manila, Philippines Metro Area (with availability during US time zones)

Key responsibilities: 

  • Manage all QA and BA functions, working with cross-departmental leadership to deliver high quality standards.
  • Lead the development and implementation of QA and BA strategy, structure, and overall processes of Philippine Quality Assurance and Business Analysis Team
  • Work with onshore team on integrating the structure and processes for overall business success
  • Work with Service Delivery, Capability and Training, Human Resource, and other departments in establishing and implementing new service lines, capabilities, and processes necessary for business success
  • Ensure calibration and alignment with our customer’s quality and customer experience 
  • Formulate and manage initiatives to increase skills, quality, and efficiency of the team
  • Ensure content and structure of all QA and BA documents are documented correctly and maintained
  • Participate in reviewing the business user and product requirements, and application design to ensure testability of the product
  • Help in defining the appropriate test strategy and business requirement for the project
  • Track and report testing and business analysis activities 
  • Help  Resource Manager in defining the proper resources to be assigned in the project(s)
  • Be an escalation point for matters related to QA and BA      
  • Help in growing the QA and BA services of the company    
  • Perform screening and interviews for all QA and BA applicants
  • Any other work-related duties may be assigned

Potential Project Role(s):

  • Can be assigned as QA in the project(s)
  • Can be assigned as BA in the project(s)
  • Can be assigned as Lead in the project(s)

Requirements: 

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in Quality Assurance and Business Analysis
  • Minimum 5 years of experience of Quality Assurance and/or Business Analysis related task in Salesforce
  • At minimum, one active Salesforce Certification, preferably Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce Certified Business Analyst
  • Strong Quality Operation and Service Delivery experience
  • Strong passion and commitment to positively differentiated customer service and commitment to operational excellence
  • Team player who values and actively practices effective and collaborative relationship management
  • Strong leadership who has excellent influencing and conflict management skills with ability to build and maintain effective working relationships
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on key issues, accuracy and attention to detail
  • Genuine commitment and desire to continuous learning and improvement
  • Highly effective in translating strategy into execution
  • Strong planning, communication, and problem solving skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable in a fast-moving and ever-changing environment
  • Delivers on commitment and expectations
  • Self-starter who can work independently with a positive attitude
  • Ability to work efficiently and productively by using time wisely
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal
  • Experienced in working with multiple stakeholders
  • Willing to work on US timezone or flexible working schedule
