U.S. businesses spend over $100 billion annually on food for employees and customers. DoorDash for Work is a standalone vertical within DoorDash, focused on building meal procurement solutions for companies. DoorDash for Work uses DoorDash's global marketplace, selection, and infrastructure, to offer a compelling enterprise offering to employers at Fortune 1000 companies. As the Sr. Manager, Enterprise Sales, you will lead a Manager and team of Enterprise Account Executives who are responsible for acquiring new Enterprise customers in the US. You will partner with marketing, finance, legal, sales operations, and product to build your strategy and drive productivity and performance.

About the Role

You will be responsible for managing an organization consisting of 1 Sales Manager and 5 Enterprise Account Executives.  Your role will be to develop processes and strategies to help them build pipeline and drive net new customer acquisition strategies across the US.  Additionally, you will be a key driver for one of DoorDash’s new growth verticals and have the ability to grow your team and career. As such, you’ll be in a high impact role where you’ll work extensively with cross-functional teams to execute on growth and operational initiatives. Working alongside large to mid-size brands, you’ll have the opportunity to shape the future of DoorDash’s Enterprise business.

You will report to the Director, Pre-Sales, Work and will partner with our product GM, Sales Operations, Product, Marketing, and People teams to work on a strategy and hit revenue targetsWe are looking for a sales professional who can coach and develop talent, hire and help to win business. You have experience with SaaS platform products, sales, forecasting and building prospecting strategies.

  • Lead: Lead a new Sales Manager and a team of Enterprise Account Executives that attract new Enterprise customers, while taking a people first approach to attract outstanding talent and support the personal development of members in your organization.
  • Build: You'll have your fingerprints all over DoorDash's next big business. You'll use your curiosity and other skills to build quickly, get 1% better every day, and roll out strategies to acquire new customers.
  • Strategize: You'll develop strategies to build pipeline, accelerate our win rates, move up market to target larger organizations and drive revenue for DoorDash.
  • Motivate: You believe the main input to success is our people. The chief constraint on hitting goals is doing so while building a high morale team.

We’re excited about you because You have…

  • 8+ years of experience in sales / business development / or related experience in a client facing role
  • 4+ years of experience as a sales leader
  • Experience building close relationships from the ground up with large corporations, understanding their needs at a very deep level, and collaborating to structure creative deal terms which result in joint wins
  • Experience working to improve on pricing & go-to-market strategy
  • You are DoorDash first: you work well with others under the one team one fight mindset and choose optimism when solving for pain points as we grow
  • You're a builder at heart: you dream big and start small when it comes to business and people leadership and are an owner of deal strategy, job competencies, lead segmenting, and the other important pieces of infrastructure that allow your team to succeed

Pursuant to the Colorado Fair Pay Act, the base salary range in Colorado for this position is $180,000.00 - $200,000.00, plus opportunities for equity and commission. Compensation in other geographies may vary.
