- Job Summary:The Sr. Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager is responsible for forecasting, analysis, and partnership with business operations to outline strategies for revenue. Reporting to the Finance Director, you will create financial models through a close partnership with the rest of the business.Responsibilities:
- You will build financial reporting dashboards and models while assisting with data standardization in financial reporting tools.
- You will help build long-term planning, annual planning and monthly forecasting process in partnership with the product line owners.
- You will have excellent financial and business partnership skills that help improve product profitability.
- You will not have managerial responsibilities but will need a collaborative mindset as you work with others on the finance team.
Qualifications and Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field, MBA or advanced degree.
- 10+ years of Finance experience focused in financial planning and analysis.
- Experience in complex financial modeling.
- Experience understanding and resolving complex financial issues by using data and preparing in-depth analysis.
- Understanding of financial systems, processes, and tools, with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Experience communicating analytical findings for a range of different audiences.
- Experience presenting complex financial information in easily understood formats.
- Can work with employees at all levels of the organization in a collaborative environment.
Physical/Cognitive Requirements:- Capability to remain seated in a stationary position for prolonged periods.
- Eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity to operate keyboard, computer and other office-related equipment.
