Do you have a deep understanding of the digital space, from promotions, to websites, to augmented reality? Have you operated in the account role for clients and internal team members across digital programs? Do you have a desire to stay on top of the changing digital landscape and infuse new and innovative ideas into programs? If yes, you may be the right fit for a new Digital Account Manager position with Motive.

As Motive’s Senior Digital Account Manager you’ll work hand-in-hand with our agency team in the concept and development of campaigns, promotions, innovations and retail programs. Within each project you’ll get the opportunity to lead high-profile client accounts, concept new technological innovations, execute against creative campaigns and manage both regional and national campaigns! You’ll partner with key members of the digital team to lead the agency's digital projects, while simultaneously leading an internal team of experts to create culturally-relevant and captivating programs. High attention to detail is key and strong client management skills are a must.


  • Working side-by-side with your Account Supervisor or Director to execute digitally-led programs—from national CPG promotion campaigns, to website builds, to apps, visual recognition programs, AR effects and chat bots.
  • Communicating with key clients on program updates, timelines and deliverables.
  • Consulting and collaborating with your creative and development teams to plan and execute projects.
  • Leading the planning phase of programs to establish all program guardrails and define how builds come to life. 
  • Monitoring, measuring and optimizing campaigns and programs.  
  • Bring innovative digital ideas/extensions to all integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Stay on the bleeding edge of new technology regarding key accounts and agency initiatives.
  • Bring the ability to multi-task and get the work done—on time, within project budgets and exceeding expectations.



  • A minimum of 5 years of experience managing digital projects and accounts.
  • Knowledge and experience with the website development process and usability best practices.
  • A passion for building successful client relationships and keeping a project on track. 
  • A clear love for all things technology related and a desire to stay on top of the changing digital landscape. 
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • All about the details and doing things right the first time.
  • A thorough understanding of the agency process and agency/client relationship model.
  • A proactive ‘self-starter’ mentality who is adaptable, nimble, responsible and calm under pressure. 
  • CPG and influencer marketing experience are a plus.
  • A positive, upbeat, and solutions-oriented attitude!

The starting salary for this position is between $70,000 and $85,000 annually, based on experience and the Denver, CO market. Actual pay may vary if located in our Dallas, Los Angeles or NYC location.
