The Opportunity

As a senior analyst on the team, you will be responsible for developing insights, driving experiment design and defining KPIs for features designed to help drive better outcomes for our members. If you are naturally curious, have an eye for scale, and enjoy building analytical muscle from the ground up, this is the right role for you. 

To be successful in this role, you 

  • Are willing to work with new, gnarly, and ambiguous data sets to create structured data and analyses
  • Have a successful track record of doing analysis, making recommendations, and implementing those recommendations into the product
  • Are comfortable in a dynamic and fast-paced environment

What You’ll Do

  • Implement measurement & dashboarding best practices by 
    • Building dashboards that track key metrics on an ongoing basis to communicate out to product, marketing, and exec teams
    • Implement, manage, and reconcile internal metrics(OKRs) to measure progress and make data informed decisions
    • Drive the data and analytics lifecycle for dashboards and insights from concept to delivery with our data engineering team
  • Partner with heads of product, design and engineering to deliver features that will build a better experience and help our members achieve their goals by
    • Analyzing member engagement & outcomes with the Found program
    • Provide key insights that drive decision making that improves our new member experience
    • Develop quantitative analysis, ad hoc reports, models, and A/B tests to support product initiatives
  • As a senior member of the Analytics team, you will have the opportunity to shape the best practices, coach & help our team build our user-first product muscle 

What You Have

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in science, computer science, statistics, economics, mathematics, or similar quantitative discipline
  • Strong verbal and presentation communication skills; be able to distill our data into clear and concise narratives and recommendations
  • An expert in SQL & data wrangling, you have 3+ years of experience in similar data analytics/scientist roles, with at least 1 working directly with Product 

Bonus Points 

  • Experience working with B2C healthcare
  • Experience building an analytics discipline in a startup environment
  • Python is a bonus 
  • A/B Testing background
