What We Need

 As a member of our DME Operations Team, you will be the voice of the company as you interact with our customers and vendor partners. As a Fulfillment Specialist you will be responsible for the logistics and oversight of DME orders once they are placed. This role is responsible for working with vendors to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment. 

What You Will Do

  • Acts as a liaison with downstream DME vendors to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of orders.
  • Confirms product selection and units.
  • Understand and review vendor quality algorithm and place fulfillment orders according to protocol. 
  • Coordinates delivery times/dates with vendor and end user.
  • Assist with delivery changes/reroutes to another supplier.
  • Engages in inventory availability connections with vendor/supplier.
  • Manages vendor fulfillment selection for all orders and ensures seamless order delivery.
  • Manages delivery confirmation of referral orders. 
  • Coordinates follow up on post service delivery and presents post-delivery survey opportunity to patient.

What You Have

  • High school diploma or GED, required. Bachelor’s degree, preferred or relevant experience.
  • At least 2 years' experience in the healthcare or durable medical equipment (DME) industry in customer service or other related experience.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and ability to learn department and job-specific software systems.
