Solutions Engineer - Bold Metrics

We are currently searching for a Solutions Engineer to join our fast-growing team. This is a full-time remote position.

About You:

You are a humble, passionate, and detail-oriented person who is excited to help make sense of our customer's data and is also comfortable working with sales, customer success, and other engineers. You have a positive outlook and are interested in working in a highly collaborative work environment.

How you will make an impact:

• You'll directly impact client relations with full understanding of how we're able to impact their business
• You'll work alongside our customer success team to help understand our clients' needs and help the answer and explore their data
• You'll drive data ingestion and help on boarding our clients in a seamless way

Skills and Qualifications: (even if you do not 100% meet these skills, we still welcome you to apply)

• Very experienced in working with customers and providing technical solutions
• You've worked as a Solutions Engineer previously, and have at least 5+ years of JavaScript experience
• Very comfortable with Dev Tools in the browser, and are an expert at front end debugging &  solutions
• Can understand common Front End integrations
• Very comfortable with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
• You are a proactive problem solver
• You can clearly communicate both inside the team and with our customers
• Ability to perform well in a fast-paced, cross-functional, dynamic, and ambiguous startup environment
• At a past job, you were famous for your attention-to-detail, even the smallest things don't make it past you
•  B.A. or B.S. degree required
