We are looking for a collaborative and detail-oriented candidate interested in the intersection of product and retail/fashion to join our team as a Solutions Consultant. The ideal candidate has 2+ years experience managing B2B customer relationships at a tech company, incredible communication skills, and cross-functional experience across engineering, product and sales teams. As a first Solutions Consultant, you will be responsible for onboarding our clients onto the Ghost marketplace, leading training sessions with internal and external stakeholders to maximize use of the platform, and serve as a bridge between Sales and Product/Engineering functions at Ghost. Ghost is headquartered in Los Angeles, California.

ABOUT THE ROLE

  • Drive implementation of Ghost tools for brands and retailers through onboarding, training sessions, and Q&As.
  • Synthesize feedback from external users to produce insights for product/engineering and sales teams to optimize user experience.
  • Build out customer systems and processes to effectively intake and solution customer requirements and requests.
  • Be the first line of defense with customers on platform-related issue  to ensure overall product satisfaction.
  • Serve as the “customer’s voice” internally at Ghost, particularly across cross-functional conversations with sales, engineering and product teams.

ABOUT YOU

  • 2+ years experience as a Solutions Consultant or Systems Consultant, or similar role that focuses on managing customer relationships at platform usage at a B2B tech company.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Affinity for a customer-facing role.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Be a self-starter who can juggle many balls, and prioritize & execute without micro-management.
  • Experience working with product and engineering teams. Plus if familiar with software configuration.
