WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU TO DO
- You'll maintain a deep understanding of Hyperproof's product capabilities and the broader compliance technology landscape. Your expertise will help explain the array of use cases clearly and concisely to our clients.
- Engaging with customers, you'll understand their challenges and business needs, leading inspiring demos and proofs of concept that showcase the advanced functionality of our platform and addressing their questions and concerns.
- As a Solutions Architect, you'll serve as a vital liaison between customers and product management, ensuring we continuously innovate based on market needs and feedback.
- You'll stay updated with industry trends and best practices in compliance, risk management, security, and integrations, sharing your insights and ideas with the team to contribute to the growth and success of the company.
HOW YOU'LL KNOW YOU ARE SUCCESSFUL (Key KPI's)
- Win Rate of Technical Engagements: Track the percentage of technical engagements or sales opportunities where the Solutions Architect's involvement led to successful outcomes. This KPI reflects the architect's ability to effectively communicate technical concepts and present solutions that align with customer needs, resulting in positive outcomes and closed deals.
- Solution Adoption Rate: Assess how often customers implement the recommended solutions provided by the Solutions Architect. A higher solution adoption rate indicates the effectiveness and practicality of the architect's recommendations. Tracking this KPI helps identify the architect's ability to deliver solutions that meet clients' needs and are easily implementable.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Evaluate the Solutions Architect's ability to collaborate with different teams, such as sales, product management, and engineering. This KPI can be measured through feedback from team members and stakeholders, assessing how well the architect communicates technical requirements, provides insights, and contributes to the success of projects and initiatives.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience in technical Cloud SaaS sales, Sales Engineering, or Architecture roles.
- Strong knowledge of modern cloud technologies and infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Familiarity with compliance and governance frameworks, such as HIPAA, GDPR, ISO 27001, etc.
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and creative thinking.
- A proactive and adaptable mindset, thriving in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently, taking ownership of projects and deliverables.
- Prior experience in dealing with Compliance, Risk, Security, or Integrations is a plus.

LOCATION
We are a fully remote company! Rather than restrict ourselves to only finding talent in one city, we’d rather find the absolute best people regardless of where they live. This role does require some travel.
