ABOUT THE ROLE

This position collaborates with Account Managers, Business Development, and Delivery Regional Directors to support the quotes, proposals, and statements of work for value-added services, solutions, and consultative services offered by Accela Delivery.

 SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work to meet sales goals/targets through the support of opportunity pursuit. (Quote, Proposal, SOW creation). Primarily for our Add-On services (e.g. Cloud Migration, Enhancements, Training)
  • Support the Senior Delivery Sales Executives in their RFP activities
  • Ability to understand and work with multiple departments, acting as a liaison as necessary to close an opportunity while protecting the company/brand for unnecessary risk
  • Review and build new content libraries required to efficiently support opportunity pursuits

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years in previous experience in consulting or implementation sales
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Proven track record of delivering successful enterprise software (SaaS products a plus)
  • Understanding of implementation contract language and ability to determine downstream effects of contractual terms and conditions
  • ~30% Travel
  • Previous experience in service request management, asset management, land development, business licensing and/or workflow or regulatory compliance software a plus

  • Government sector experience
