In this role, you will get to write well designed, clean, efficient codes using .Net and Angular backed by unit tests. Develop advanced features using C#, .NET 4.5/.NET Core, ASP.NET MVC/Web API and Angular frameworks in developing modern public facing SaaS based application. Contribute and follow best practice coding standards. Work well in an Agile/Scrum environment. Maintain a high standard of work quality and encourage others to do the same.


  • Attending daily scrum calls.
  • Working on developing new features along with proper unit test.
  • Involve in code review and technical discussion.
  • Researching, designing, implementing, and managing software programs. 
  • Testing and evaluating new framework, design, and solution. 


  • 7+ years of software development experience in developing public-facing software with responsibilities ranging from design, development to successful delivery of major features.
  • Lead the technical direction and implementation necessary to scale our Accela Citizen Application using our tech stack of C#, .Net, Angular.
  • Hands-on expert level experience with C#, .NET 4.5/.NET Core, ASP.NET MVC/Web API and JavaScript frameworks like Angular framework.
  • Deep understanding of Angular Framework: SPA, Angular CLI commands, Data Binding; Angular modules, components, services, lazy loading, lifecycle hooks, etc.
  • Extensive experience creating and consuming REST web services and APIs.
  • Strong relational database skills using technologies like MS SQL Server.
  • Familiarity with Azure services and infrastructure
  • Understanding of source code management tools such as Git, and the workflows associated with them (branching and merging).
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent work experience.


  • You have initiated and facilitated challenging technical decisions across multiple teams and organizations. You are empathetic and find common understanding.
  • Excellent aesthetic capability with UX designing and development experience.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects concurrently.
  • Have a good understanding of all aspects of the application like rendering huge dataset, fetching data using HTTP and authentication.
  • Identify improvement areas within the application and work to implement the same.
  • Flexibility in adapting to team requirements.
  • Ensuring high quality levels in all deliverables.
  • Demonstrate enthusiasm and zeal to acquire domain knowledge.
