We work in hybrid mode 3+2, at a minimum of 3 days at the office, with mandatory Wednesdays and Tuesdays, and 2 days at the home office.

The location of our office is Holandská 873/6, Brno – Štýřice, 639 00.

Your Role:

We are looking for a SW engineer to strengthen our local engineering team in Brno. Our team is responsible for designing and implementing new features to our new SolarWinds Observability product (SWO). SWO is a cloud-based product, designed to monitor hybrid IT infrastructure (both on-prem and cloud). Our team is proficient in C# (.NET), used for back-end and TypeScript (React) for front-end development.

We are looking for a smart .NET developer interested in learning new things.

Your Impact:

Work with the experienced product development team on the new SolarWinds cloud-based product features.
Design and implement new product functionalities end-to-end, both back-end (.NET) and front-end (React).
Review the code of others in the team before it’s merged.
Focus on product quality (UNIT and Integration tests) and product security (static code analyses, security reviews).
Work closely with other engineering teams (including SRE engineers) and get newly implemented features released to production as soon as possible (through the dev and staging environments).
Contribute to customer feedback/customer issue investigation.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and development practices.

Your Experience:

Proficiency in .NET on intermediate SW engineer level.
Knowledge of other languages and frameworks is an advantage.
Knowledge of SQL.
Experience with automation principles (UNIT, integration, E2E tests).
Experience in code reviews.
Good communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively within a cross-functional team.
