What You’ll Do

• Serve as a key point of contact for customers and gather real time feedback
• Contribute across the stack with a focus on building and iterating on our conversational AI platform
• Collaborate closely with engineers, designers, and product leads to ship and improve features
• Write clean, scalable, and testable code
• Take on end to end responsibility for small projects with opportunities to grow into broader technical leadership

Who You Are

• Any years of engineering experience (internships or side projects welcome)
• Strong foundation in Python for backend development (Django experience is a plus)
• Frontend experience with React and or Next.js
• A self starter with a strong bias toward action. You like moving fast and figuring things out
• Willingness to dive deep and work flexible hours when needed

Bonus Points For

• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, or other container orchestration tools
• Prior experience at a startup or having built your own side projects
• Interest in generative AI, LLMs, or machine learning applications
• Strong communication skills and a customer centric mindset
