Senior Recruitment Business Partner

Adyen is looking for an eager Recruiter to join the Latam Recruiting Team to further support the growth of the company.

As a Recruiter at Adyen in São Paulo, you will focus on the day-to-day recruitment process for vacancies in our Mexico and SP offices. Working closely with the Global HR Team, you will help finding, selecting, and hiring the talented workforce of Adyen.

What you’ll do

  • Drive full cycle recruitment on multiple roles, across different teams
  • Lead sourcing efforts across your pipelines and be creative about new ways of finding talent
  • Create and foster positive candidate experience while screening and engaging talent that fits with the Adyen Formula
  • Using talent mapping and talent insights to devise sourcing strategies for hard to fill positions at senior levels
  • Facilitate & improve Hiring Manager Trainings on a regular basis
  • Driving improvements in whole areas of hiring (functional - e.g. Sales, pipeline -  e.g. hiring in Mexico)
  • Go to person for RBPs on the team and responsible for on-boarding new RBPs.
  • Coaching and mentoring is expected as part of the role.
  • Driving regional and sometimes global alignment with other SRBPs.
  • Own and/or driving regional or global projects.
  • Being an employer brand ambassador for Adyen as a speaker or leading the execution of certain employer brand activities; the execution of certain employer brand activities

Who you are

  • Minimum of 6 years of full cycle recruiting experience in Mexico
  • Fluently Spanish 
  • Passionate about sourcing, recruiting, and closing technical talent
  • Proven track record of building  pipelines and managing unique multi-channel search strategies 
  • High level of self-motivation; you’re someone who is able to define structure and prioritize
