C3 AI is looking for a Senior Product Operations Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment, you will be responsible for identifying and driving key initiatives to enable scalability and standardization of SaaS operations delivery. This position will work side-by-side with operations SREs, product managers, engineering, and customer representatives.

The Product Operations Manager will analyze current processes, develop KPIs, and drive change to help overall operational execution and efficiency. Candidates for the Product Operations Manager role are expected to have expertise in process and technical analysis, strong written and verbal communications skills. Proven track record of successfully working cross functionally is also required to succeed in this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, manage, and continuously improve processes for scale that help the products and engineering teams meet their goals more efficiently and effectively.
  • Own and manage cloud infrastructure spend across the company ensuring adherence to budget and margin goals.
  • Strategize, develop, and improve metrics program to measure overall operational delivery.
  • Identify and implement efficiency solutions to help drive SaaS operations delivery.
  • Work with product, engineering, and operations stakeholders to analyze current processes and define new solutions.

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Management Information Systems and/or equivalent work experience.
  • MBA or Masters in a technical field is a plus.
  • You have 8+ years of experience in technical operations, product operations, business operations, or business analysis where you worked closely with product, engineering, and/or operations teams.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to work collaboratively with and coordinate multiple teams; reacts professionally under pressure.
  • Ability to understand business and technical strategies and concepts.
  • Managed processes delivering SaaS services with experience in Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) and/or AI/ML
  • You have a can-do attitude and ability to juggle multiple priorities simultaneously.

$182,000$215,000 USD
