About the job

Twilio is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager APAC to add fuel to our business in the Asia Pacific. Twilio is well established in the cloud communications space globally, but we have work to do to raise awareness in the region. This is a full stack product marketing role in that you will support product launches, customer presentations, sales training materials, and also act as a subject matter expert on new solutions, specifically for APAC.  Reporting to the Sr. Group Manager of Product Marketing, this position is critical in supporting Twilio’s growth aspirations.

  • You know how to turn a story into a presentation--you can communicate complex concepts to leave a lasting impression. 
  • You can see many paths to the same destination--you are always thinking of new and creative ways to drive greater impact through your work, especially through content. 
  • You can get things done--you empower others and bring them along on the journey of your project and you influence them without authority. 
  • Bachelor’s degree required.  
  • Fluent English

Required:

  • You have 3-5 years of experience working in sales or marketing in the UCaaS, CCaaS, or CPaaS space
  • You are technical--you like learning how to build things and figuring out how best to demonstrate the benefits of the product. 
  • You are a strategic thinker--you like to build a deep product knowledge and dig deep into the mind of your target buyer to deeply understand their needs. 
  • You know how to turn a story into a presentation--you can communicate complex concepts to leave a lasting impression. 
  • You can see many paths to the same destination--you are always thinking of new and creative ways to drive greater impact through your work, especially through content. 
  • You can get things done--you empower others and bring them along on the journey of your project and you influence them without authority. 
  • Familiarity with localization tactics to ensure our content is accessible and inclusive across multiple APJ countries.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.  
  • Fluent English 

 

Desired:

  • Have APAC/APJ marketing experience.  You know the region.
  • Have worked in product marketing or other marketing roles in region for other communications/contact center cloud-based vendors

 

Location 

This role will be based in our Singapore office. 

Approximately 20% travel is anticipated.
