Senior Product Manager - Thena

Role: 

• Lead the conceptualization, development, and launch of innovative products.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales.
• Prioritize product features and enhancements based on company vision, market trends, and customer feedback.
• Define clear and concise product requirements and user stories, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Stay updated on industry competitors, emerging technologies, and market dynamics.
• Mentor and guide junior product managers, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
• Engage with key stakeholders, both internal and external, to gather insights and feedback.

Responsibilities:

• 4-6 years experience in core product management
• Drive the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to post-launch analysis.
• Conduct thorough market research to identify opportunities and user needs.
• Facilitate effective communication between all teams involved in product development.
• Measure product performance using appropriate metrics and KPIs, iterating based on findings.
• Advocate for the user, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience in all products.
• Allocate resources and manage budgets to ensure timely and successful product deliveries.
• Lead brainstorming sessions, workshops, and presentations to share insights and gather feedback.
