About the team
The Origination product team at Alloy focuses on enabling Alloy’s decisioning platform to seamlessly and effectively detect and remediate fraud, compliance, and credit risk during a client’s first interaction with a consumer or business. We ensure these identity decisions are both safe for our clients and seamless for the end customers.
What you’ll be doing
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to own our Consumer Experiences and drive Alloy’s conversion-optimized embedded front-ends. These experiences are critical for identity decisioning, enabling clients to dynamically increase friction for potential bad actors while ensuring more seamless flows for good actors.
As the Senior Product Manager for Consumer Experience, you’ll:

Lead the product strategy, roadmap, execution, and adoption of our Consumer Experience product within the Origination team

Become an expert on Fraud/KYC, our product offering, and the competitive landscape to formulate your own strategy and perspective on how we evolve our Consumer Experience and SDK

Establish a cross-collaborative feedback loop with the go-to-market and client teams to prioritize their needs and translate them into a long-term roadmap

Partner with your engineering and design counterparts to translate highly complex and ambiguous problem spaces into simple and impactful product solutions

Implement usage analytics to drive further conversion on our embedded Consumer Experiences

Help develop and introduce standardized processes to help scale our entire product organization
Who we’re looking for
Reporting to the Director of Product Management, Origination, Alloy is looking for a consumer-focused product manager with proven success in shipping conversion optimized embedded front-ends.

3-5+ years of experience in Product Management, owning a technical roadmap, and delivering high-quality consumer-facing products.

A track record of launching new product initiatives in close partnership with engineering, design, and other cross-functional go-to-market teams from discovery through to adoption.

Ability to take on highly complex and ambiguous problems and deliver iterative and impactful product solutions.

Experience shipping conversion optimized embedded front-ends is highly desired.

Experience building great software products at a high-growth startup and/or venture-backed company is preferred. B2C and fintech experience is highly desired.
