🧑‍💻 Role: Senior Product Designer

🏢 Location: Hybrid remote from Toronto (2-3 day/week on site, 10min walk from Union Station)

At Magical, we’re looking for a Senior Product Designer who can take projects from concept to delivery, sprinkling a little bit of magic at every step.

💫 What You'll Do (Core responsibilities)

• Own design projects end-to-end, from early sketches to polished specs in Figma that engineers dream about.

• Collaborate closely with PMs and our engineering pod to turn ideas into reality (and make sure they look magical).

• Create high-velocity, high-craft designs that balance beauty and functionality.

• Create prototypes to bring experiences to life.

🪄 What You Bring (Requirements)

• 6+ years of experience (agency or startup experience required).

• A portfolio that shows off your strong visual design skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver top-tier work on tight timelines.

• A deep background driving user value through research and design.

• Bonus: Experience in motion design or animations.
