Senior Product Designer - House Rx

About the Role

We’re hoping to partner with an amazing designer, who represents the perfect balance of interaction design, visual design, and prototyping skills. What You'll Do: 

• You’ll be a part of a fast moving team, and collaborate with the engineering, and marketing teams to define and refine product requirements
• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate key flows 
• Spend time doing deep user research into the workflow of pharmacy operations, and distill that information into something consumable for the rest of the team
• Develop and maintain design guidelines, standards, and best practices
• Work closely with a team that truly cares about the patient experience

About You

• You have 2-5 years of experience in product design
• You have a strong desire to learn, and ability to go deep into independent research.
• Proficiency in building design systems
• The ability to move quickly, take ownership, and drive clarity
• An ability to find the perfect balance of effort, craft, and impact in a design
• Outstanding ability to communicate through writing and presentations
• Ability to create sketches, wireframes, high fidelity designs, and prototypes
• Familiarity with code or web technologies
• A passion for making a difference in a patient’s life

Expected Full-Time Base Salary:  $140k-$180

Please note that this role is a contract to full-time position. This range represents the low and high end of the anticipated base salary/wage. The actual base salary/wage will depend on several factors, including experience, knowledge, and skills. Actual compensation packages may include other elements, equity, paid time off and benefits.
