The Opportunity:
We're seeking Senior People Business Partner to provide comprehensive human resources support across our corporate and fulfillment operations. This isn't just about maintaining; it's about building and refining HR processes that empower our rapidly expanding workforce. You'll play a pivotal role in shaping our talent strategy and employee experience, serving a wide spectrum of HR functions including employee relations, compliance, and performance management. You'll support diverse teams from corporate to high-volume warehouse environments, ensuring consistent HR practices while adapting to unique business needs and driving innovative solutions in a dynamic, fast-growth environment.
You Will:
- Employee Relations and Talent Management:
- Lead thorough and impartial investigations end to end
- Drive resolution of employee conflicts, fostering a positive and respectful work environment.
- Partner with managers to coach and advise on complex issues at all levels
- Oversee and optimize performance management processes, including goal setting, reviews, and development planning.
- Compliance & Risk Management:
- Ensure robust compliance with employment laws (ADA, FMLA, EEO, OSHA, FLSA) and proactively conduct regular audits.
- Develop and implement comprehensive compliance and HR training programs.
- HR Support:
- Leverage HR metrics to provide actionable, data-driven recommendations to leadership.
- Champion organizational change, compensation/benefits analysis, and innovative employee engagement initiatives.
- Continuously streamline and optimize HR processes and workflows for scalability and efficiency."
- Operations Support:
- Strategically address unique HR challenges in high-volume warehouse environments and contingent workforce management.
- Collaborate closely with Operations leadership on workforce planning and optimization strategies.
You Should Have:
- Proven ability to build and scale HR processes in a fast-paced, dynamic environment preferred.
- High degree of Business Acumen. Able to quickly learn a business and support broader business goals with a People team lens and contribute strategically to business objectives.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 5-8 years of HR experience, preferably in multi-site environments
- Open to travel 30%+ of the time
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and proven experience in investigations and talent acquisition
- Experience with high volume contingent workforce management preferred
- Proficiency in HRIS systems (Workday preferred)
- SHRM-CP, PHR, or similar certification preferred
The US base salary range for this position (this does not include bonus, equity and benefits):$114,000—$143,000 USD
