Our Engineering team built the world's largest cloud security platform from the ground up, and we keep building and the Cloud Ops team keeps the engines running at their best.

We're looking for an experienced Senior Network Engineer to join our Cloud Ops team. You will be reporting to the Manager, Network Engineering. As an individual contributor, you'll be responsible to:

  • Work with a team of engineers and for deploying, operating, monitoring, and supporting the network infrastructures inside multiple datacentres.
  • Be involved in high severity / critical incident as the L3 technical escalation contact.
  • Conduct peer review (4-Eye check) on the configuration/ change script to ensure the changes are valid.
  • Be a subject matter expert of relevant technologies according to domain or specialisation.
  • Research on Technology and work on POC/POV.

What We're Looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
  • Experience working with ticketing and inventory systems and in remote Data Centre operations.

What Will Make You Stand Out

  • 5 -10 years of hands-on experience on high-speed copper and fiber Ethernet switch network, Layer-2 & Layer-3 BGP protocols including routing operation, design, and troubleshooting in both IPv4 and IPv6 for large-scale Enterprise networks or Telecom networks.
  • Knowledge of DNS, HTTPS, GRE, and IPsec protocols with hands-on troubleshooting experience.
  • Experience in IP-packet analysis by using WireShark and in Linux/Unix, wherein you are familiar with Unix Shell scripts, Python.
  • CCNP, JNCIP related certification
  • Besides English (must), fluent to native-speaker level in at least one additional Asian language.
