Senior ML Solutions Engineer - TrueFoundry

The Role:

• Our Solutions Engineering Team is the foundation of our customer’s experience and success with TrueFoundry. This team will build, develop custom end-to-end solutions to the most critical and strategic NP-hard problems for our customer’s operations.
• Serve as our first line expert educators on the TrueFoundry's Platform, building demos and presentations for customers and field experts.
• Machine Learning Solution Engineers own the technical aspects of the sales cycle, designing and leading a tailored and business value-aligned technology evaluation process.
• Develop apps and solutions on our platform that will be a direct translator into company revenue.
• Act as a front-line advisory service to some of the largest companies in the world.
• Collaborate and maintain a close working relationship with our co-founders, product, engineering, sales, and marketing

Who You Are:

• 2+ years of experience in customer facing technical roles (can include sales at a B2B software company or DS/ML consulting)
• Expertise in modern machine learning frameworks and technologies (e.g. PyTorch, TensorFlow, transformers)
• Knowledge of industry standard technologies in the Data Science and Machine Learning space
• Fluency with scripting in Python
• Experience collaborating with business stakeholders to ensure that machine learning solutions deliver successfully on business outcomes
• Outstanding presentation skills to both technical and executive audiences, whether impromptu on a whiteboard or using presentations and demos
• Ability to connect a customer's specific business problems to TrueFoundry's differentiated platform and unique approach to ML development.
• You are a high-performing developer (preferably with Python) with experience working on programmatic and machine-learning use cases
• You enjoy influencing product development by learning and working alongside the top and largest federal agencies.
• You have an interest in AI and keep up to date with the latest trends, e.g. LLMS, Generative AI
• Passionate about understanding, building and scaling as a front-line advisory service for our customers.
• Strong ability to articulate technically complex subjects to audiences of any technical level.
