As a Senior Media Planner, you will play a crucial role in translating media strategies into practical and tangible media executions. You will provide leadership and direction to the Media Activation teams, actively clearing roadblocks and mitigating risks to ensure successful media execution. With a strategic and holistic mindset, you will consider the entire audience experience and ensure adequate media investment levels across all channels. Proactively optimizing and adjusting media plans and campaigns based on results and changing client needs will be a key responsibility. You will closely monitor marketplace dynamics and evaluate current offerings and capabilities across industry trends. Maintaining overall accountability for team quality assurance (QA) based on published expectations and plan parameters will be essential. Additionally, you will serve as a regional representative to key media partners and participate in global negotiation activities. Delegating tasks effectively across various teams, such as BI, analytics, media activation, partner representatives, client teams, account leads, and creative partners, you will foster a collaborative mindset and maintain a high attention to detail. Tracking campaign performance and recommending optimizations as necessary will be crucial, along with active participation in client reporting and insight sessions to ensure the effective translation of media activities to business objectives and vice versa.
