About the Role:  

Chief is looking for a Senior Partnerships Manager who will help ideate, create, sell and execute paid partnerships, content sponsorships, and brand partnerships supporting chief content, events and marketing initiatives; including ChiefX, our upcoming conference. The co-branded partner content, events and campaigns will be designed to inspire pride and joy in our membership, push our mission forward, and build the Chief brand. 


This role will report to the Senior Director, Partnerships, and will work closely with the member marketing, communications, content, programming, and the community teams, supported by those from creative, operations and analytics functions. 

What you’ll do: 

  • Support the Senior Director of Partnerships by developing and implementing sponsorship products to drive partnership revenue for overall business objectives.
  • Executing paid partnerships across co-branded content, events & marketing campaigns.
  • Responsible for researching and evaluating potential partners for sponsorship opportunities.
  • Secure quarterly revenue sponsorship targets through co-branded content & events. 
  • Project manage brand partnerships end-to-end to ensure all contractual obligations are met and all sponsorship deliverables are successfully executed.
  • Manage sponsorship collateral with imperative updates as needed.
  • Foster relationships with premium brands from Chief members, proactively surfacing partnership ideas and new opportunities for Chief.
  • Work cross functionally with the marketing, content and programming teams to deliver brand partnerships from planning, branding, member promotion, recruitment & engagement, brand assets and review/evaluation.
  • Work closely with marketing operations to measure the performance of co-branded partnership content and marketing campaigns to develop insights to inform future strategies.
  • Manage day-to-day administrative needs across client deliverables, marketing timelines and project management.

The base salary for this role is: $130,000
