What you'll do at Jamf:
  • The Senior Manager, Marketing Data Strategy & Analysis is responsible for leading our marketing analytics strategy, driving data-informed decision making and providing insight into the performance of our marketing efforts to deliver impactful results. 
  • The Senior Manager works closely with key stakeholders to design and architect solutions to provide Marketing teams with insight into how to align programs to strategic business objectives.
  • The Senior Manager will develop and evolve the team charter to ensure the team is meeting current business needs, and create/manage the delivery roadmap for stakeholder consumption.

What you can expect to do in this role:

  • Develop, maintain and evolve the Marketing Data Strategy & Analysis team charter, along with a roadmap detailing deliverables by sprint or quarter as applicable.
  • Assesses overall data ecosystem at Jamf and creates a long-term vision for data visibility and reporting specific to Marketing goals
  • Define the strategic vision to improve accuracy and accessibility to data across Marketing systems, with a technical understanding of the solutions needed to meet our business goals. Align with their team on the translation of this vision into epics, stories and tasks delivered in an Agile/SCRUM fashion.
  • Partner with the Jamf Data Team and other functional data teams across the organization to build and maintain shared source of truth for data and definitions to enable consistent answers to business questions. Advocate for marketing data-related enhancements with partner teams.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to Marketing Leadership, by partnering to ensure that data guides decision making and prioritization.
  • Mentors team to develop capabilities in analytics disciplines, and helps educate stakeholder groups on measurement best practices.
  • Understands the broader Marketing and Jamf corporate goals, and able to demonstrate how their team supports it through prioritization, planning, and solutions.

What we are looking for:

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in marketing analytics, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment that has grown and scaled quickly (Required)
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an Agile development environment (Required)
  • Demonstrated experience with marketing attribution models, examining data across systems to tell a full cohesive story
  • Knowledgeable of B2B full funnel metrics and experience with digital marketing data and associated technologies (e.g. Google Analytics / GA4, Adobe Marketo, Segment and others)
  • Track record of success in driving business decisions and outcomes by empowering decision makers with key data and insights
  • Ability to communicate complex technical topics in an easy to understand, non-technical manner
  • Experience with analytics and business intelligence tools to access, analyze, and report on data (like Domo or Tableau)
  • Experience with professional communication across mediums: verbal, written, presentations, Zoom (or equivalent)
  • Strong facilitation, communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence) (Preferred)

EDUCATION & CERTIFICATIONS

  • 4 year / Bachelor's Degree (Required)
  • A combination of relevant experience and education may be considered
  • Agile software development training/certification (Preferred)
