Senior Manager Creative Operations (m/f/x) - HelloFresh

The role

Based in Berlin-Moabit, HelloFresh runs its In-House Agency, developing and managing full-funnel campaigns as well the development of creative assets, on- and offline, across all consumer touch points for HelloFresh’s brands. The team develops and manages 40.000 assets across all disciplines per year, incl. Photo, Video, Design and Copy for International markets. 

We are seeking a Senior Manager Creative Operations that leads the capacity planning process, maintains operational governance processes and manages the Production for on- and offline assets. 

This position is a key role in the team, working closely together with Project Managers and Producers across all disciplines, reporting directly into the Director Creative Operations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in capacity planning, E2E project management, advanced proficiency in building and managing reporting (GoogleSheets and Jira), and has experience in developing and maintaining governance and operational processes.

What you’ll do

• Capacity Management & Project Allocation: Oversee and manage the cross-functional capacity planning process.
• Production Management: Manage the production of online and offline assets. 
• Data Visualization & Reporting: Set-up, track and present digestible project reports.
• Governance Management: Develop, manage and maintain cross functional governance processes

What you’ll bring

• Proven experience as a Project/Capacity Manager, agency experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of creative processes across multiple channels 
• Experience, developing and maintaining governance processes 
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills
• Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, Jira and Powerpoint/Google Slides.
