To help further that mission, the B2B Marketing team helps Merchants find the right DoorDash products to grow their businesses. We do this by acquiring new Merchants through paid, earned, and owned media channels to offer our customers the best options in their community, while also creating growth through product adoption efforts, like online ordering through Storefront, and expansion services, like in-app advertising. This team also focuses on building the right martech infrastructure, processes and automation that will help optimize and enhance the marketing efforts across owned and paid channels. We take pride in being the trusted advisor to our small-business Merchants, and the prominent Merchant advocate to our partners — navigating them through every step of their DoorDash journey and empowering them with the right, personalized resources, education, and suite of solutions to maximize their business, at scale.

About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for our B2B marketing automation platforms, data, and integrations that enable DoorDash marketers to connect with, educate, and engage Merchants that are on the DoorDash platform. You will work cross functionally with teams from across the DoorDash business including Bizapps, Data eng, Retention marketing managers, QA and Deployment. You will oversee B2B technology that enables marketers to accurately target and personalize communications and outreach.

Ownership and maintenance of our B2B marketing automation platform:

  • Manage our B2b marketing technology stack including but not limited to our Marketing Automation Platform
  • Own the end to end lead flow for the B2b audience across different platforms 
  • Develop and optimize automated lead scoring programs
  • Understand SFDC connection and work with stakeholders on any future changes that need to be made
  • Help architect data structure across SFDC and the marketing automation platform
  • Oversee user permissions and user management
  • Monitor  IP health / deliverability
  • Serve as a custodian of the Doordash merchant experience, including compliance with data and privacy regulations 

Cross functional team partnership to drive automation and efficiency:

  • Partner with the B2B acquisition, retention team  to continuously improve the quality and accuracy of leads received, ensure they have the data in the format they need to execute their campaigns
  • Design campaign workflows: validation rules, triggers, and alerts
  • Collaborate with QA to drive the right test scenarios and testing success of automations and campaigns
  • Data optimization including database health and user data clean up
  • Responsible for the evaluation, execution, and implementation of new technology in partnership with cross-functional stakeholders

  • 8 years of hands-on B2B experience
  • Strong understanding of B2B data architecture
  • Experience with SFDC, Pardot and SF marketing cloud
  • Proficiency in at least one b2b specific marketing automation platforms (Hubspot, Marketo, SFMC, Pardot ect.)
  • Extremely organized, dependable, self-motivated & process oriented
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Ability to zoom out to view the final product from a customer perspective
  • Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Pursuant to the Colorado Fair Pay Act, the base salary range in Colorado for this position is $133,200 - $199,800 plus opportunities for equity and commission. Compensation in other geographies may vary. 
Pursuant to the New York City Pay Transparency Law, the base salary range in New York City for this position is $187,500 - $222,000, plus opportunities in certain roles for equity and/or commission. Compensation in other geographies may vary.
