About the role
We are looking for a Senior Learning Program Manager to lead the strategy, design, delivery, and continuous improvement of our executive leadership development programs for Vice President (VP) and Senior Vice President (SVP) audiences. We are looking for a strategic thinker with expertise in adult learning, executive development, and partner engagement. You will bring experience building high-impact learning experiences that allow senior leaders to thrive and a collaborative approach that encourages other team members to think more creatively.
You will...
- Program Leadership: Own end-to-end program management for VP and SVP leadership development offerings, including program design, scheduling, facilitation, vendor coordination, communications, and evaluation.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with senior HR leaders, business executives, and external providers to align development solutions with business and talent priorities.
- Instructional Design: Design and curate learning experiences that blend modern instructional methodologies (e.g., cohort-based, experiential, coaching, digital learning) with strategic leadership competencies.
- Facilitation: Deliver high-impact sessions and moderate discussions for executive audiences with credibility, confidence, and presence.
- Continuous Improvement: Measure program impact using qualitative and quantitative methods, and iterate to increase effectiveness and relevance.
- Vendor & Partner Management: Source and manage third-party vendors and coaches to augment internal capabilities, ensuring quality and strategic fit.
- Thought Leadership: Stay up to date with trends in executive development, leadership theory, and organizational effectiveness to keep programs cutting-edge and aligned with best practices.
In the role of Senior Learning Program Manager, you will report to the Director of Learning & Development. We are considering applicants for the location of Los Angeles, CA (in office 3 days a week).
About You
- We get excited about candidates, like you, because...
- You have 10+ years of experience in Learning & Development, with at least 5 years focused on leadership or executive development.
- You have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, or related field.
- You have experience managing and facilitating leadership programs for senior executives in a corporate environment.
- You have experience designing visual content in a Google ecosystem, and incorporating adult learning/instructional design principles.
- You have strong project management skills with demonstrated ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives.
- You have executive-level presence and facilitation capabilities.
- You have empathy and curiosity about leadership challenges at the senior-most levels.
- You are passionate about creating learning environments where leaders can stretch, reflect, and succeed.
A bonus if you have:
- Master's Degree in Organizational Leadership, I/O Psych, or an MBA
- Coaching certification (e.g., ICF) or experience coaching senior leaders
- Graphic design expertise: you can wow an audience with a slide deck
- Experience working in a large, global enterprise
- Familiarity with leadership assessments and diagnostics (e.g., Hogan, Korn Ferry, LPI)

The Pay Range for this position is listed. Actual pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Crunchyroll’s Total Rewards offerings for employees.
