Our Senior Field Marketing Specialist will be responsible for crafting and driving marketing programs and activities in the APAC region to build pipeline.

Key objectives include:

  • Clearly set expectations and establish accountability for deadlines with all related cross functional teams involved with program development and execution
  • Be the go-to person for the field in all matters of marketing, ensuring all marketing program details are effectively communicated and supporting the field sales team with local prospecting and lead maturation activity
  • Drive overall in region marketing strategy to meet required pipeline objectives and penetration of target accounts and sectors in alignment with Regional Sales GTM strategy.
  • Drive new lead generation activities including events, direct marketing, social, webinars, collateral and customer case studies in local language as appropriate.
  • Work directly with partners and channels team to define and implement joint marketing campaigns.
  • Supervise and analyze the efficiency of our marketing campaigns to determine return on investment and priorities resources and communicate this clearly to leadership.
  • Oversee budget, metrics and marketing spend value.
  • Develop and execute the marketing plan for enterprise target/named accounts, mid market targets and partners/the channel, working closely with Sales and Marketing leadership to align those plans with the go to market strategy for the region.
  • Build, execute and manage partner marketing programs in alignment with the regional marketing strategy and supporting partners on delivery of local programs and events

Required Skills/ Experience:

This is a multi-disciplined role, giving broad exposure across all areas of marketing. The successful candidate will have a demonstrated track record of achievement, proven ability to learn quickly on the job and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Previous experience driving and generating pipeline through the following:
  • Multi channel lead generation direct marketing campaigns including email, pay per click, website management, online advertising, list purchase, syndication & guaranteed lead campaigns
  • Developing, executing and managing webinars
  • Customer engagement program
  • Events including trade shows, conferences and self-run executive programs
  • Cooperative Partner marketing initiatives
  • Strong project management skills and experience, including managing external agencies
  • Marketing automation experience is required
  • Experience with sales operations, reporting, marketing & campaign dashboards and critical metrics
  • Analytical and results oriented individual in tune with revenue marketing principles
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including excellent writing skills to earn the trust and respect from peers and sales management.
  • Possess a passion for learning industry-leading marketing tactics and standard methodologies
  • Knowledge of Open-Source technology or of marketing to a ‘digital’ audience is preferred
  • Ability to craft great collateral and structure and write compelling copy.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with multiple partners in a fast paced environment.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
