Job Description: Are you a data scientist passionate about building AI that can level the playing field for small businesses? We're looking for a Senior Data Scientist to help architect the next generation of agentic AI systems that make enterprise-level marketing accessible to businesses worldwide.

You won't just be building models—you'll be a key contributor on a high-impact team, democratizing AI and seeing your work directly empower thousands of SMBs. In our flat hierarchy, your ideas will shape our product direction, putting you at the forefront of one of the most exciting areas in machine learning.
What You'll Build:
Architect and implement foundational AI data platforms and robust MLOps pipelines to support model training and deployment at scale.
Build and deploy end-to-end, production-ready agentic AI systems that autonomously execute marketing strategies for our customers.
Drive the advancement of our LLM capabilities through RAG, fine-tuning, and RLHF, while researching and integrating emerging AI technologies into practical solutions.
Conduct deep statistical analysis to uncover the patterns and metrics that drive successful marketing campaigns, translating insights into product improvements.
Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to integrate AI models into scalable, production-ready systems that deliver significant business value.
What we're looking for:
6+ years of relevant experience in data science or machine learning.
A proven track record of building and deploying sophisticated machine learning solutions, with direct experience in agentic systems, NLP, or deep learning.
Demonstrated success architecting scalable data pipelines and ML platforms that support high-volume model training and inference.
Strong proficiency in the Python data science ecosystem (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face).
Hands-on experience with RAG architectures, model fine-tuning, RLHF, and comprehensive model evaluation frameworks.
Advanced SQL skills and expertise in data warehousing, ETL processes, and data governance best practices.
An ability to identify high-impact AI opportunities and a natural instinct for uncovering meaningful patterns in data, driven by an insatiable appetite for learning.
