The Role
Lark is looking for a Senior Client Success Manager with experience managing relationships with strategic employer clients. The role will provide day-to-day relationship support, managing escalations, monthly and quarterly report delivery, and readouts.  In addition, provide marketing materials and end-user enrollment support in accordance with our client contracts. This position will provide sales support, including leading presentations to potential client groups.

What You’ll Do

  • Present the Lark solution/demo to potential client groups, serving as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) by representing Lark and answering questions with confidence to grow the client population’s adoption of Lark
  • Communicating with client groups to ensure their needs are understood and met, including communicating appropriate timelines
  • Build strong relationships to maintain current partnerships
  • Collaborate with various internal Lark teams to ensure client contractual requirements are met
  • Grow the enrolled and engaged population within an existing book of business to drive utilization of the Lark benefit and align to internal revenue targets

What You’ll Need

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Presentation presence and skills are a must
  • Experience in the Health-tech industry serving Health Plans is required
  • Ability to manage multiple competing priorities
  • Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Experience using technology for remote work, such as multiple video conferencing tools to manage meetings and presentations
  • Experience in B2B or B2B2C Account Management/Customer Success
  • The role may require up to 25% travel 
Working at Lark
Lark offers the option to work remotely in the United States.  U.S. Salary Range: $99,240 - $157,982. The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on several factors, including location, level, and will vary depending on confirmed job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable. The company is headquartered in Mountain View, CA.
