The Role: Senior Accounts Payable

Your Day-to-Day

  • Hybrid: 3 days at the office
  • Process and follow up purchase orders approvals with the corresponding stakeholders owners and approvers.
  • Process invoice verification and approvals, and follow up with vendors.
  • Follow up on vendor payment status and queries.
  • Review AP aging, manage vendor statements and bank reconciliations to process invoices on time.
  • Provide analytical, forecast, reporting and support to the finance team.
  • Validate and process expense reimbursements, and follow up with employees.
  • Manage and reconcile credit card transactions and reconciliations.
  • Perform data entry for finance activities including Accounts Payable (A/P), employee expenses reimbursements and credit cards.

Must-have Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Public Accounting.
  • 5+ years of accounting Accounts payable experience.
  • Solid knowledge of General Accounting.
  • Solid knowledge of invoices requirements and tax deductibility.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong interpersonal, written and oral skills.
  • Excellent computer skills (i.e. Excel).
  • Strong organization, time management and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Team player, motivated to learn and take on new challenges.
  • Proficient in accounting management software (ERP).

Nice-to-have Skills

  • Experience with Oracle NetSuite.
  • Experience with Tipalti.
  • Experience in a Technological Industry environment.
  • Experience in a multinational corporate environment.
